I can work on meeting a group with Igbo reunion in mind. The "Proudly Rivers Igbo" facebook group. The "Proudly Anioma, Proudly Igbo group" and "The Igbo history since 3000BC group".. there we can get people with like minds. I can reach the admin from one of the history group with at least 170k members.

This will help your outreach go further.

I think Facebook is the best option. The way the organization will operate goes thus (as recommended by Ariani and seconded by myself) : we will identify long disconnected Igbo groups scattered across Nigeria, especially those living in neglected conditions then support them with humanitarian projects under the Igbo identity. Thereby fostering oneness and unity.

Basically an Igbo Outreach (And Reunification ) Program.

I support you. I was thinking about it this evening.

I suggest we open a close whatsapp group and use that platform to push a new patriotic front. We also establish a group on facebook. Non-partisan group. We shall use the group to front our political, social and cultural agenda.

We shall never allow IPOB or Ohaneze Ndigbo infilterate it. Just a movement in the mould of Ijaw INC and Great Benin Descendant. Something like the defunct Igbo State Union formed in the 1940's. Truth and evidence will be our weapon.

Also note that there would ofcourse be dire need for funding, as means of facilitating any proposed project we wish to embark on.

This would be done from freewill donations with open declaration of funds at hand, to all and sundry.

Also status report of projects will be shared to members across board (email is also a consideration now) and maybe on a website to be opened.

Supported. I don't mind donating for voluntary activities, both infrastructurally, culturally and educationally. We can use this as a launch pad to create independent Igbo facebook forum similar to Igbo history and Igbo rants where unbiased issues are discussed. Everyone of us can even go as far as creating facebook groups where Igbo issues are discussed like Onowu Igbo does in Igbo history group where he identify hidden Igbo speaking groups in Kogi and Benue.
