so Osibanjo should dictate to NASS! is that possible constitutionally? so of you reason like fools. Buhari body odour indeed. is Buhari not also in charge of the INEC that is opposing the law? so one body odour is for NCC to give go ahead another is against it? the problem with you guys is that you've never experienced true democracy hence you see everything as coming from the executive when in actual fact the is a level playing field for everyone.

Someone said Osibanjo should able to speak up when he sees most of the wrongs being done by Buhari's govt based on his pastorial and law meanings, instead of you to read and comprehend, all you heard was Osibanjo should DICTATE to NASS and you topped it with insults.

INEC website shows how Buhari benefitted from manual voting in 2015.Figures obtained from the website of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) have confirmed the extent of manual voting in the 2015 presidential election.

According to a report on the commission’s website, the All Progressives Congress (APC) got most of the votes cast without bio-metric verification during the election. The report confirms an earlier analysis by TheCable on the voting statistics.

According to the report, 13,536,311 votes were cast manually during the 2015 presidential poll, represen-ting 42.6 percent of the 31,746,490 accredited voters.
Of that number, the INEC report showed 10,184,720 votes representing 75 percent of the total votes cast were from states won by Muhammadu Buhari, then presidential candidate of the APC, while 3,351,591 votes representing 25 percent came from states won by Goodluck Jonathan of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

NCC must be the one to regulate the E- transmission, INEC is an employee of government so it should not dispute that
INEC is what??
And you still call them independent?

I think there's a law or act that establishes the creation of INEC and how it should be run... I'm not sure... but if yes then NCC has no right or jurisdiction as to how INEC want to transmit election results. NCC can only file a motion or seek an injunction to stop INEC from doing that but INEC has the right to do as they so please. Unless perhaps INEC don't understand the power it has or those laws are just on paper and don't amount to shit!
That's the same law which the National Assembly wants to alter and include NCC inside it.

grin. who decides what is wrong and what is right? you! or is it those ones that only tell you one side of the story? are you for real! now listen and listen good. all policies of government is birthed through a procedure and this things takes time. you think officials just come out to say whatever they like, grin you're really funny. so something that has gone through a process, Osibanjo should just come out to disagree because he is a pastor and a lawyer, funny people. maybe when you disagree with your superiors, you should do it on the pages of the newspapers grin. At times when you follow the masses blindly, you may never know when the M disappear to become asses

INEC know only how to conduct election, they are not computer wizards that is why it's necessary to include those that know how to operate computer very well to prevent intrusion in to the server to avoid election fraud and that is the work of NCC

Imagine you, so you don't know that Inec has the best if I may use your word computer wizard in Nigeria. You think it's only those that those that conduct election.
