Go for urine culture and analysis test. This will show the kind of infection you have.


The test will also tell you which antibiotics to take that your body is not resistant to because if you take just any antibiotics, it might not work.


After you have cleared the presence of bacterial or viral infections, then you can start a regimen to boost your sperm.


But first clear the infection.


Staphylococcus is one of the major infections that leads to low sperm count.

Like you said stress is one of the major factor to weak erection, psychological problem is another. When sleeping the thing will be very active but when man wake up it will go down as if we are quarreling. The thing tire me o. Stress, psychological problems, sugars must be prohibited

Buy scent leaf about N200. I usually just wash and blend it with about two glasses of water then sieve it into a container. Then I take it one mouth full every morning when I wake before eating anything and night one hour after eating.

Trust me it helps with weak erection.
