Most oil found in Bayelsa are in the creelks and offshore,by international law anything found in the water boys belong to every man and no man. |

techwaya:lol, this one na ur own analysis o. Oil is not found in oceans but as deposits in the deltas and Ijaw occupy some parts of the deltas. If u think oil is gotten on that vast ocean then u have to check ur brain, oil lies beneath the seabed, between the continental shelf and the continental slope and last time I checked, the continental shelf is still part of indigenous land.
