This is Genital Herpes. Take this from a Doctor with 42 years experience. Go and buy Valtrex (Valalclovir) 500mg or Acyclovir 400mg take either twice a day for 10 days. The thing will disappear. Keep some tablets home because in about half the people it may recur. Repeat the treatment on first sign of recurrence

I do cut off the face and apply grinded garlic to it surface, it hurts, but endure.
Most cases, it grows back again.
I can boldly say that, mine was miraculously healed.
I attended a healing session of Salvation Ministries Church and after the service, I realized that I no longer have any trace of it.
I returned all Glory to God.

That's all I know
