It should be OBJ because murtala must have handed power to him before 2.05pm

They killed Murtala around 2.00pm, immediately after Jumat service. There is no way Obj could have been sworn in at that time. There was an hiatus. I think technically, Nigeria was without a president at that time but his first president would eventually be Obj.
