The US army has the most sophisticated pieces of military hardware in the world and this includes drones and monitoring satellites, yet they still record civilian casualties. Nobody is accusing the Nigerian Army of killing civilians in the ongoing clearance of bandits. What they are accusing the Nigerian Army of is extrajudicial killing of criminals. That is instead of arresting bandits that surrendered, they were tied up and killed.
