When Obasanjo got EFCC's report on Afolabi's national ID card scam, he wasted no time instructing the agency to do their job and Afolabi (a high school senior to Obasanjo himself) was duly prosecuted and jailed.

You heard the latest about Abba Kyari, right? They are already perfecting moves to free the dude. The latest was that it is Buhari that will determine his fate.

Abeg, tell me. What right has Buhari ever done before in fighting corruption especially when it comes to his kinsmen or those that have decided to decamp to APC.

If he could raise Ganduje's hand in endorsement for a second term following an incontrovertible video evidence of dollar bribery, I don't see why he will believe Abba Kyari is guilty based on just an ordinary audio (phone) conversation.

Anyone who has been suspended from a job should not receiving salary pending when his/her suspension is lifted.

When one criticizes Buhari for his obvious ineptitude, nepotism, poor leadership and divisiveness, his footsoldiers are quick to condemn such a critic because of the usual "he is our brother" mentality.



Every clearheaded northerner and even his most ardent diehard supporters like the infamous griller of rotten meat should be able to see these shortcomings in their deity (Buhari)!

Exactly! he is still an active police officer dued his wages. He was not suspended from the Nigerian Police Force.

Had it been despite his suspension from EFCC,he is still collecting salary as acting efcc chairman when there's a substantive efcc chairman, we would have had the ground to raise eyebrow but that is certainly not the case here! Its high time the Nigeria Union of journalists begin holding their members to account.
