Some percentage of that losses will be recorded as gain in countries where the VPN is routed to.

The worst loser is the nigerian Fulani govt. The so-called presidency have spent millions and millions of dollars on the tools used for banning twitter. Whereas, almost, if not all twitter users in Nigeria are still active on the platform.
The ban is vseless yet gulping millions hourly. That's why the f00ls are desperate to lift the ban.

There is no such power. Twitter gains and looses share value for other reasons, Nigeria is not one of it.
