It's up to us to choose between higher insecurity challenges and higher debt. What the National assembly should look at for is loopholes in the proposal,and ensure the projects are not overfunded.
The level of insecurity we are facing is as a result of zero infrastructure built in 16yrs of misrule. Since we can access this loans let's get it, ability to access loan in the first place means Nigeria is reputable.
