Dats not true bro stop acting like all major Igbo politicians didn't support BUHARI. After all APGA is also a block in APC.
I r quick to forget that d difference in vote btw d APC and the PDP in SWis abt 500,000.
So BUHARI is not just a SW project, even Ur own amechi and OKOROCHA helped in packaging him to us here in d South.

I dont know why intelligent people when they enter Government start speaking like normal politicians.
El rufai should have known as a QS that Building of ranches in Kaduna state is not a state sponsored venture but a private investment. Why can he put investors together to make it happen?
Now CBN has given him about 7 Billion naira of Tax Payers money. And he is still asking for N140 Billion before he can build just 14 Ranches!!!!
See how they call Billions as if it is thousands.

the thing Taya me, what is the profit of all this to the government that is spending billions on people's private business?

They won't pay tax

While can't the northern governors build one ranch and use it to convince investors that it is profitable

It's 7billion not enough to fence one place, provide grasses,

Only you know what you mean by sensible
Why are you people always victimizing and blackmailing Yorubas for exercising their democrayic right to vote when you were allowed your democratic right to vote.....11 millions voted against Buhari for goodness sake...what are you blabbing
Did anyone tell you democracy was perfect?
So why did ibos and south south also went the way of yorubas in 2019....because in 2019 APC made inroad in the east and south South and lost grounds in the same yorubaland you are trying so hard to vilify.
When ibos and northerners connived to elect Obj which most yorubas reject , yorubas were not blaming anyone but went to work. Whether you people like it or not a yorubaman will be APC candidate in 2023....all this your intimidations and blackmail wont stop it......so get wise and be on yoruba side else you lose out again and your wailing 5.0 will begin....

This is a big question Southern Governors has not answered. How are they going to implement it? Not just passing anti-open gracing bill.

Fulani herdsmen dare them in Enugu when they were having meetings. Despite banning they pass through State assembly complex

Enugu is in what region again? Lol

There's still much to be done after passing the bill. Southern governor's must follow up with massive enlightenment and education for the herders and farmers.

So of all the glorious rich men in Kaduna, none could invest in ranches, but all waiting for their Cash cow CBN to bring money?

See how comfortable they got eating people's crops, destroying farms and killing farmers to sustain their "Cowry".

Half of yoruba voters voted for Buhari while the remaining half voted for Atiku. The last time I checked, both are Fulanis and Atiku even has more cattle than Buhari. Lol.
Secondly, you and your people massively voted for Atiku, another Fulani with more cows than what Buhari has. Use your brain next before you comment.

What is this one saying. Even Miyetti Allah is beginning to negotiate with southern state governors on possible ways forward.

The Laws in Lagos for example are very clear on punishments for underaged herders, grazing in unauthorized places and the punishments that are due for same. Cows will be ceased, herders will be charged to court, fines will be paid.

So what is El-Rufai saying?

El rufai is asking the Federal govern to pay him 140 billion Naira to build ranches for cow.
140b Nara to finance a private business . Is this not insane?
A lot of graduates are on the street with nothing to do..someone is asking for 140billion nara to build ranches for cow that yield nothing in return except to be sold by owners and owners pocket the money.
140bNaira can do a lot if used to set up manufacturing companies that could employ people.

Cantonese:
Nonsense man. A sadist, complete tribalist and religious bigot. He admitted to have settled external Fulani groups who flooded the forests with billions and have now refused to go back to their original locations. All of them agreed that the pretentious jihadists were imported to cause havoc incase their brother lost the election in 2015.

Prior to 2015, herdsmen never bore AK47s while grazing their cows. Their impunity is backed by their leaders who say one thing in the day and another in the night.

When Buba Marwa chased them away from marine beach, Apapa, in 1996 to the present abattoir in Lagos, after a 7 day ultimatum no one cried. Now that they have made killing, kidnapping, raping and destruction their hobby, El Rufai thinks his fellow governors in the south should watch and keep quiet. We have laws in place, its implementation is not his business. His business now is to tell his tribesmen to keep away from the roads and cities with their cows. His business now is to fund as many as he can from his personal resources to establish ranches. His concern now should be how to get fellow Fulani wealthy individuals to provide their people with funds to get ranches. That is the way to peace. Holding on to political power has in no way helped them to live better lives as it appears.

It further shows that the statement by miyetti Allah that they will not obey is backed by certain northern forces who give them the courage to carry out their terrorists acts. If we say the killing and seizing of lands by the Fulanis in southern Kaduna has the backing of state powers, who will dispute it?

If an educated person like this governor can tell us that grazing is the best practice in his state, then there is a big problem. What will it take to purchase lands even inside the forests where they hide to perpetrate their evil? How is it rocket science, quoting Fashola, for them to get grasses to feed their cows in ranches? That there is an attempt to colonize other cities, tribes and people is very evident in the decision of the northern governors against ranching.

Practice makes perfect, as they say. When we heard words like "an attack against boko haram is an attack against the north". If we juxtapose that with what is presently happening can we say honestly that these terrorists are not backed by people in positions of power?

At this rate, is it not better to go our separate ways?

At the end, you are unable to make sense with your write-up. Follow issues and not ethno-religio-tribal egocentricity or bigotry. One Nigeria will still be better than separate parts. What we need in all problems is solution and not exploitation of comparative advantages inside a sovereignty. If we have focused leaders Fulani herdsmen issues are very small to take care of. Leave politics out of it and see it die natural death like what OBJ said to Sharia implementation last time.

stop saying what you don't know.

There is nothing special about grazing reserve if the fulanis weren't more interested in jihad than cows rearing.

A serious government like Gombe has already kicked started it's Wawa-Zange Grazing Reserve and it is already functioning

They didn't get half the money El rufai got sef.

El-rufai and the rest Northern governors just want to use fulanis for jihad down south that's why they aren't interested in setting any reserve but looking to loot

Fence your cows in a location where there is abudant vegetation and pond that's the basics then you can start sinking borehole of #3million at most, bring grasses in

FG has never and would never tax Fulani herdsmen so swallow the bitter pill
