I get around 5 hours of heavy use from my phone which has 4000mAh. However, the battery health reads about 75%, so it's 100% is about 2900mAh. It's a phone I've been using for close to two years now so that's not unusual.

I use an app called Electron to check the battery health, similar to Apple's feature. It tells you the maximum charge your phone can hold at 100%, which could be a fraction of the original battery capacity.

2 days with heavy usage
18hrs screen on time
Standby don't know yet bet I've left it for 3 weeks cuz of travel on 97% came back to see 91%.
Its a heavy phone. One time it slipped and fell I tried to reduce the impact by catching it with my legs, it hit me so hard I fell to the floor before it did. My leg was swollen and I was limping for almost 4 days. U can't really hold comfortably with 1 hand for long.
I got the phone late 2018 although I never let it go below 15% before I plug in it has only gone flat and powered down 5 to 6 times since i got it

It depends on what you mean by heavy usage: Downloading large files? Streaming HD videos on YouTube? Streaming HQ audio on Spotify? Playing Games? Opening 10 apps and leaving them running in the background? If you are doing all these, even a 5000 mAh will not last up to 2 hours.

Ha! I am using Umidigi A7 and its same battery capacity with the pro. Though, lately i noticed my phone battery goes down rapidly and then i learnt that charging steady kills battery faster... The phone is ok for me no wahala with it and it will be a year by novemeber... I will buy the Umidigi bison

Heavy usage is relative

I can choose to avoid irrelevant apps or games that drains battery..

While I turn same phone into a full workstation with work and personal profiles working simultaneously .

I can work and even remotely support people by sharing screens etc ..

It can give me up to 2days of moderate use ... it's a 4050mAh battery
