Hehehehe, I'll be on the lookout for "m" monikers, let's see if they will be bold enough to bitch about since this one is a grown ass adult, of which his momma was born in the time past, and not females of these days.

Who says Only females of these days perpetrate paternity fraud?

My dad called me on the phone 2 days ago asking if I be coming home for the holiday, which is unlikely of him, because I just left home not quite long and he hardly call. (I school within our state, studying law)..... while we were on the call he mentioned about the Dr appointment. (We normally do routine check-up every 2 months )

Throwing the question to me if I even know my blood group. (I replied, no)
At FIRST I thought it's just a normal question.

Am 21yrs old, eldest among 3 siblings and I think my dad has something planned out, he's an Internet freak even more than I, he's actively online on twitter, facebook, and seeing all the uproars about DNA test here and there on Nairaland, I think he's going to ask me to come to the hospital with him disguising it as me Knowing my blood group (for a DNA test.)

The thing here is am scared, because all my life I have seen people saying never to trust a woman (I love my mom, but still am scared)

What if it's a DNA test (which I strongly believe it is)
What if it's turns out complicated
Would he still accept me? Or abandon me to myself.
So many thoughts running through my head, they are reasons for that.

He's black, I am fair (though my mum says I took his father complexion)

Pls help me...am thinking to stay back in school or go home This evening.
Am confused.

You said your dad is on nairaland right ??

Any how it's, if DNA proves him not to be of the so called father, despite him being a grown up; the issue still lies with the F folks. cool

God have mercy. I am as confused as if I am in your shoe. But bro, to be honest just free your mind for any eventuality. Whichever way it turns out to be, heaven will not fall. After all there are a lot of of children out there without parents and most of them are doing fine. Thank God you are an adult. You can bear any cross. It's DNA sir am sure, he's asking if I know my blood group (which I don't)
But I believe he knows it, they might have done it before.

What if it turns out, am not his biogical child.
And me been the first child, I suspecting he's opping for the dna test.

So many reasons he might decide to do it, he's black, am slightly fair.
Honestly am scared.

Whatever your mom did or didn't do is never your fault. You were an innocent child who had no say in the way he was brought into the world.

Whatever the outcome, just relax. However, make sure you go home as expected.

Paternity Fraud don enter street.

Let me share one recent experience with a friend. The guy told me how a particular girl he met in the village came to see him. During the time he was not aware she was pregnant. 3 weeks into the relationship the girl told him she is pregnant. The guy took her to the nearest clinic, did pregnancy test and it came out that the girl is 2- 3 month pregnant. The nurse even politely said , oga e show for her body na.

That's how he take her back home, that's where she open up about the pregnancy and start beging the guy to help him abort it. Before the guy will say jack, the girl don google abortion drugs, make some calls and it was waybill which the guy paid for it. The matter long abeg.

The guy for marry and settle down not knowing say the baby no be him own, and for the girl to know the truth and still hide it is pure evil and should be seen as crime.

So OP no fear... And don't blame the man... Maybe mummy way no too clear, or maybe you de behave somehow and him won verify whether na him born you true true
my friend once camp one married lady like that for 3month. Those people bang each other's daily, I notice this lady was pregnant but my friend don dey enjoy free pussy, we tell the guy, the guy dey always vex say she no pregnant. He meet the lady in August, she leave his place in October, we heard she give birth in late January. This is same lady that told my friend she wasn't pregnant. We later find out the lady was having issue with her husband. My nigga wanted to accept the pregnancy before.

For you to be afraid shows you have ample doubt he's your dad.

Just allow him do the test and don't in anyway try to discourage him.

If it turns out you're not his. Have a man to man conversation with him and tell him you still want to belong with him. Reassure him you would always be as much of a son as his own child could be.

Make it very evident that you're mad at your mom for holding up such high level of betrayal for over 20yrs. The big mistake you will make is to side your mom, or try to defend her, or try to advocate for softer punishment. Allow and support him in any way he wants to punish your mom.

Afterwards. When things get cooler, you can talk to your dad to possibly forgive your mom.
You stand ten times more chance reconciling and saving your family, than a thousand village elders. But for you to wield this power, you must totally support your dad in the disagreement that will come up and show zero support for your mom.

That is if you are not his
