Please let 4give him and c if we could probably help him out on his request, am sure he relally needs info on banks that take HND Lower Credit. i know of Intercontinental Bank they take HND Lower, but FCMB, spring, sterling,unity bank,eco all take HND but Upper CREDIT have a nice day

I have problem with you Wale Ade, having proof read your contribution, you still committed blunders, i think Andstel is better than you (you made use of "while" rather than "why" and comma instead of apostrophe) He could be pardoned since he didn't proof read his work, but you may not be pardoned.
