Like I said, often times poverty boils down to choices, ignorance, and environmental factors Wrong choices and ignorance can be cured through exposure to better education. In this Internet age, most valuable knowledge out there can be obtained for free. E.g, there are many I.T experts that taught themselves I.T skills they learned online via their phone, all it demands is the discipline and will power.
