Oh wow. Maybe you need to take a break from anime and watch something else for a while. Like normal movies and/or series. I do that at times.

Hmm, have you tried taking a long break? I got burned out in 2018, took a break for a year until 2019 and then my passion came back immediately by watching Haikyuu.

I'm planning to take this year off as well.
