eat more of vegetables, it absorbs water and therefore makes stooling easier.

Anytime you having a meal, make sure you eat garden eggs in between. It work like majic.

Did you change diet?

Where can someone get this miracle seed,I have asked in all this herbal shops and they seem not to have

eat plenty pawpaw with large amount of water,pawpaw is anti constipation fruit,it will soften your stool easily

Eat Coconut and don't forget to include Garden eggs in between meals.
