Fact is the guy was a media aide to the Ebonyi Governor before he was dropped on a framed up allegations from within the government. He moved on after that but regained his activist voice as a media personnel. Then governor Umahi and his agents were not comfortable with his youth activism and have been hunting him since then. Their fight became public knowledge when the governor defected to APC and the guy Godfrey Chikwere emerged a media aide to senator Obinna Igba. That's the genesis of their problem.

I have been following Godfrey Chikwere for over 9yrs now on Facebook and Radio program (Salt FM - "From the Heart") and he has once served Gov. Umahi Dave (Ebonyi Governor) on the media capacity when the governor was in PDP.

He did not said anything wrong about these Nigerian politicians. Everything he said is correct.

Besides, there was a crash between Governor Umahi's men and Senator Obinna Ogba's men few days ago at Nkalagu, Ebonyi state.

This young journalist- Godfrey Chikwere is currently a media aide to Senator Obinna Ogba (PDP Ebonyi central senatorial zone).

I guess, that is one of the reason for this arrest threat.
