So in honesty, citizens are kidnapping people in order to see food to eat? and they care called kidnappers. Seems to me that some bandits are kidnapping people to get money to buy homes or cars while others are now kidnapping in order to see food to eat.

In essence citizens are now kidnapping in order to afford, FOOD, SHELTER and CLOTHINGS, the necessities of life. Buhari needs to provide them those amenities so they do not have to risk their lives by becoming kidnappers.

From Secessionists, to kidnappers and food bandits - they are all products of poverty. Some are expecting Allah's Blessings such as food shelters and clothings and ofcourse sex in Paradise and others who are brave enough to kill are kidnapping for food.
