There is still a snag: who ever in power can compel INEC indirectly to use manual if it conveys any advantages. And inec would still tell Nigerians that the same was the best under the circumstances. hmmm when you start hearing 1million votes in Borno, and 2million votes in Kano for candidates during primaries. We shall see how southern candidates will become president with just simple majority without any other conditions attached.
