We are looking for LOGISTICS MANAGER

JOB EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5years experience in Food industry
Location: Offa, Kwara State

JOB SUMMARY:
To manage supply chain processes / procedures and organize and monitor storage and distribution of Our products efficiently and according to safety guidelines. Additionally, he or she coordinates products deliveries and manages shipping documentation.

Goal: To manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Duties
1. Plan shipments based on products availability and customer requests.
2.Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle. Track orders to ensure timely deliveries.
3.Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading).
4.Coordinate supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery.
5.Schedule shifts for our drivers.
6.Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers.
7.Oversee the levels of our warehouse stock and place orders as needed.
8.Provide information to customers about the status of their orders.
9.Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation and customer complaint.
10.Keep track of quality, quantity, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
11.Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
.12. Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
13.Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
14.Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
