OP even though I have not seen this before, I don't think the beer is adulterated. Both Gulder and 33 are produced by the same Company (Nigeria Breweries). There's every possibility the Gulder cork could find itself inside the bucket of 33 corks, and since the capping is done automatically, this can happen.

Be scared of where you again drinking.
