Everyone feels anxious now and then. For example, you may worry when faced with a problem at work, before taking a test, or before making an important decision.

People with anxiety disorders usually have recurring intrusive thoughts or concerns. They may avoid certain situations out of worry.

Here are some simple and effective ways you can easily treat or calm anxiety.

�Method 1: Almonds

• Soak ten raw almonds in water for a long time so it will melt, then peel off the skins.

• Put almonds in liquidizer with one cup of milk, some slices of ginger, and a pinch of nutmeg.

• Drink at nighttime, it will help you relax before aiming to bed.

�Method 2: Orange �

• The aroma of an orange is thought to scale back anxiety.

• All you have got to do is peel the orange and inhale the aroma.

• Alternatively, you can also put the orange peels in a small sause pan or pot, add little water and simmer for some minutes.

• Immediately after heating, open the pot and allow the aroma to fill the whole room or inhale it directly.
