Why are Godly parents not raising Godly seeds?

Adam and Evil failed over Cain
Noah failed over his children.
Isaac and Rebecca did not have perfect children.
Eli lost because of his children.
Samuel's children made Israel to ask for a king.
David was abysmal over his children.
Pray to God to be good parent that will not cause your children to err to God!

Because instead of showing the children negative effects of what they are doing, why they should do this and shouldnt do this, they choose to control them with fear! And 'fear' my brother doesn't last.

Being God-fearing and being a good parent are two different things. When you neglect your children so you can go to church, neglect your role as a parent and spend most of your time talking about the church, it shows you have more important things than them.
One thing children do is they learn from everything around them, so it's only natural for these children to neglect you and your beliefs in return.

It's because it's always been up to the children to choose which path they would take at the end of the day, regardless of the training the training they received.

They cannot be forced just like God didn't force Adam and Eve, but just showed them the right path, and made them know the consequence of not taking it, so it would be up to them to choose it or not.

Where did you get these fact from?
There are a lot of Godly and we'll mannered children from Godly parents. Because the few bad eggs from the Godly parents are well spoken and criticised about, that's why it seems so. I've seen brilliant and hardworking children from drunkard father or even broken home.
My neighbor for instance, he has a boy, an only child, he is a deeper life pastor, he even uses megaphone to preach, but his son don spoil tey tey, him dey smoke, fcvk, gamble, yahoo, flexing etc. Nothing the man fit do. If pikin wan get sense,na by himself, nobody go force am.

I was a neighbour to a very prominent pastor. His church is very strict about the issue of marriage and infidelity. I saw the pastor on TV one day trying to justify why they don't allow members of the church to marry outside the church, even from other Pentecostals. A friend told me that there was a day a man came to the hospital where his wife worked as a nurse to enquire whether there was anyone who attended the particular church. When he was told none, he brought a girl to do D&C. He explained that the girl was a prominent member of the choir and she would be expelled from the church if they got to know about the D&C.
But surprise, surprise the pastor's daughter was a flirt. As neighbours we see men visiting her. They will park far away from their house and she'll go and meet them. There's one particular man, she usually spend a considerable length of time with him in the car.
The pastor preaches a lot condemning extra marital sex. But he couldn't detect how his own daughter dances around it and may even be indulging in it.

The society made sure of that....the gap between the influence of parents and the society over a child has over the years narrowed to an equal scale and the rest is made up of social media influence.

So you see the child of today is raised by the parents whom are seldom available, the society that has exponentially grown in decadence and a social media space which opens up the eyes of the child, which can be likened to the fall of man after eating the forbidden fruit according to biblical account.

Even those that the parents have been able to tame for a while often time end up worse off when they taste the other side of life they are least equipped to handle.

Yea, though it is not as if most godly parents got it wrong. Parenting itself is a great burden and challenge generally.

Firstly you should ask, how many children tend to follow their parents will generally. Very few. Whether godly, or ungodly.

Parenting is a ministry entirely, and the most important ministry. But it is a ministry we neglect because we don't get to see the profit at the end of the month like Salary. So we neglect it and focus on other matters, that would cater for the immediate needs and demands of the family.

So, it's not really easy to closely monitor your children and ensure they follow "willingly" not with compulsion the things you know that are good for them..

But some persons got it right though

Joseph and Mary got it right over the brothers of Jesus.
Adam and Eve got it right over ABEL and SETH

Also, We should also know that, at some point in the Child's life he become solely responsible for their decisions, so their derail has little to do with their parents but their decisions not to continue in the path that was laid for them.

Finally.. We need to introduce them to a personal relationship with the Holy Spirit. That's only way they can run without getting weary.
