Job Description:
Responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the organization and 100% of the target.
Cascading and driving the mission and vision of the organization through execution excellence
Direct and manage the company resources to deliver its mission and objectives.
Prepare the annual and long-term corporate plan and monitor progress against set objectives in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
Provide strategic advice and guidance to the members of the board.
Provide and inform the board about developments within the industry and ensure that the appropriate policies are developed to meet the company’s mission and objectives within the appropriate regulatory guidelines.
Prepare and maintain an effective marketing and public relations strategy to promote the company’s products, services, and public image
Prepare, obtain approval and manage the implementation of the annual budget to ensure targets are met, revenue flows are maximized while cost is minimized
Represent the company in negotiation with customers, suppliers, government, and other key stakeholders
Develop, promote and direct the implementation of policies that facilitate equal opportunities across the organization.
Oversee the preparation of the annual report and accounts of the company for board approval.
Drive the training, retention, and performance management of all employees to inspire and motivate.

Qualification
First Degree and Post Graduate Qualification in Management, Public Health, Health Management, Insurance, or other related fields.
Certification in and/ or Professional membership of Health Management or Health Insurance bodies.
Minimum of 15 years experience with 7 years cognate experience in a senior management position in a relevant field.
Attendance of Related Courses/workshop/Seminars and leadership certifications
