Kigali is so lovely to live. This is my first time of seeing whites, blacks, Indians moving freely, inter mingle in markets, shops, supermarkets etc without causing a stir. The rate at which Rwandans adhere to rules & regulations of the Government is second to none among the African countries i have visited. The weather is always cool, even when its sunny.
Rwandans are not entreprenuerer like the Igbos or Yorubans of Nigeria, they hate stress, hard work or rush rush. if you come here with a good business, and money to set it up, especially rents, you will hit a gold mine of rewards. Rwandans like easy life like the French.
