to be honest, I will prefer the Boys Scouts to the useless Nigerian Army.

What good have they done? Go and see them mounting road blocks like the police in some areas collecting money from the produce like tax collectors. It was so shameful. The first time I saw that years ago in Okaka, along Iseyin/Shaki motorway, I was shocked. But alas, I got used to it most places I went to around the country and see them collecting money from big trucks and produce.

They are all disasters.
