JOB BRIEF
We are looking for an Open Market Sales Promoter to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
To assist in executing plans and developing promotional strategies that balance customers’ expectations and the company’s objectives.
Engage in redistribution of products in the assigned area
Maintain a cordially relation with retailers and wholesalers
Analyze sales figures, customer’s reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock
Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales
Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately.
To spread products across retailers and wholesalers.
Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets
Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc.
Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

REQUIREMENTS
Proven working experience in market sales
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences
Skilled in sales for FMCG products
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening, customer relation management
Good reporting sales activities
Female sales promoters are preferred.
