you need to hv the batt load tested to check the health of the battery bank
@kiekie1 is 1 of the pros and sellers.. depending on ur location, he might be able to help.

u can start by reducing the load on the inverter to not exceed 250w at any time, do this for a wk or two and observe if there would be an improvement.

i repeat for the last time, you need some1 knowledagble to come around and audit your setup...........there is nt much i can do from the internet, there are many knowledagble installers on nairaland...simply search

The batteries are maintenance free. How long the batteries will last is dependent on a number of factors such as how deeply you discharge the batteries each time you use them. The lower the DoD the more cycles you will get. If NEPA light is really bad in your area you can expect approximately 1.5 years if it is good 2 years or more.

I'm the one who purchased a mercury inverter 3kva and two 200ah battery from you. I've been trying to reach you through WhatsApp kindly respond. The inverter is faulty after we installed and its not converting from DC to AC.
We tried using just a bulb instead of direct connection to the main switch inverter gives a long sound, changes LCD display from blue to Red and doesn't give any light to the bulb as well.

We just installed yesterday and from findings after using another 3.5kva brought by the technician today we discovered the mercury inverter you sold is bad. Testing with a bulb it shows blue then red Light with a loud noise and we had to call another expert in Zaria who confirmed the symptoms as either a bad IC or a bad programming.
What's the way forward?

It is not on the web. A software expert helped us to design it. We gave him our formulas / peukert equation, then he developed the android app. We give it our clients via xender/ flashare/ etc. I would like to have it on playstore but I don't know much about the terms and procedure. Thanks
