A leading company in the Furniture Industry is recruiting for the position of Project Architect.

Location: Victoria Island Lagos

Qualification: Must have the minimum of a B.Sc/B.Tech in Architecture
A Masters degree is desirable
Professional qualifications: PMP.

At least 5-7 years hands-on relevant experience.

Role/Responsibilities
Define the objectives and scope of the project in collaboration with project sponsors, team members from other department, senior management and other stake holders.
Oversee the acquisition of relevant physical measurement/data and the creation of designs and layout plans of projects.
Oversee the creation of detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the work packages and activities needed to successfully complete the project.
Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project in a cost-effective manner.
Develop a schedule for project/project phase completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.
Train and manage project staff/contractors according to the established policies and practices of the organization.
Operational Responsibilities
Leading the process that measures and evaluates progress against goals.
Managing and overseeing all Business planning activities, including:

Data and Analytics
