This is not good at all, why targeting industrious sons of your land, who will develop your lands. Is biafra for the people or the people for biafra.

Or is it about a group threatening and enslaving the rest?

This is bad in these days of freedom, any form of enslavement by threats should not be supported, because you might fall victim, if and when the 'commission" sees fit.
