Focus is key to success and happiness in life. The most successful people on this planet are highly focused. Highly focused men are simply mindful. Highly focused Men don’t gossip. They have better, more productive things to do with their time. The only people who engage in this petty behaviour are shallow people whose personal lives are not fulfilling enough. Highly focused men don’t multitask. They focus on one thing at a time to boost attentiveness and productivity. Highly focused men don’t procrastinate. highly focused men know the best time to do something is now, and they do it now—not later. They don’t seek validation from others. Highly focused men don’t need your approval because they know their own self-worth.

Besides money and energy, the most important limited resource that we have in life is time. If you really want to know what a person cares about the most in terms of interest and passion, you should watch what he spends most of his time on. The focused man spends most of his time on things that add value to his (incl. family and friends) growth & development, his business, and his community’s growth & development. Anything that doesn’t add value to these three components of growth & development doesn’t really deserve any of his time.
