People resign everyday, a parent even came to drop the daughter's ID card, a husband came to drop the wife's ID say they not work again. They are employing like everyday. Same company elsewhere pay like $10 per hour but in Nigeria they pay less than $3 per hour

Anyone that ask me, I tell them is not a place to stay but learn and leave. But they don't understand and think you don't want them to join.

After about 2 of my guys join, they started asking how I managed to stay there for about 2yrs.

My question is 'will you ever recommend your previous company to someone'. Give reason why yes or no
