Chinese smartphone company Tecno has launched an updated Spark 8 in India. Spark 8 targets the budget segment of the Indian market and has improved features such as the MediaTek G25 SoC and increased RAM. This smartphone also has a waterdrop notch for the selfie camera, a narrow bezel, and a rectangular module with rounded edges, which houses dual camera sensors, four LED flashes, and even a fingerprint sensor.

Tecno Spark 8 is equipped with a dual rear camera setup, it provides a 16MP main sensor, f/1.8 aperture, four LED flash and AI lens. It has AI beauty, smile shooting, AI portrait, HDR, AR shooting, time-lapse, panorama, slow motion and other functions. There is an 8MP camera on the front with dual flashes for selfies and video chats. Tecno Spark 8 is equipped with a 6.56-inch HD Notch display with 480 nits of brightness, slim bezels, 20.15:9 aspect ratio and standard 60Hz refresh rate. The smartphone is a bit bulky, with a thickness of 9.2 mm, a width of 76 mm, and a height of 165 mm.
