One In Every 6 Children In Nigeria Is Depressed - UNICEF

These findings are quite serious. 1 in every 6 is almost 20% of Nigerian kids.
That's quite high, although, from everyday personal interactions, I think it might be higher than that. Closer to 40% of youth not just children are experiencing a kind of depression in Nigeria.

The reason question is, how can we use business as a tool in Nigeria to deal with depression among the children of this country. Or is it impossible for the business sector to tackle this problem as well?

This is exactly what is treated in the document discussed on this thread:

But, this is from a different perspective though. It is about using a mutual-help approach to raise money on social media. The aim is to help people to stay away more from the Nigerian streets and hinterlands that are growing more and more insecure every day.

Because, all the causes of children's depression (like domestic violence, insecurity, and poverty) are connected to lack of money in the family. For example, if a family is financially OK, you can't have the members of the family working in dangerous jobs and insecure outfields.

I see... So your suggested business is generally a charity giveaway through social media.
Okay...

Does anyone else with more business solutions to this dire issue facing the country?
This is the next generation we are talking about ooo...
What next-generation... In fact, this generation is affected and is suffering too...
