Conte is an Italian mafia of the ancient Sicily type; nobody goes against their rules and they are very ruthless in pursuit of their goals !

Spurs management won't be able to handle Conte. He won't stay there beyond two or three seasons,max !

Conte is big on structural play..there is almost no fluidity to his game. Just a rigorous decipline structural behaviours. Positional awareness is key. If you look at inter and athlectico with simeoni,.. They have such similarities. They are firmly structured, each player knowing duties rigidly. They are a stiff side. Not in a bad way. But if you love free creative fluid football..Conte is not the ideal coach. Some are about getting the job done any way. Winning is central for them. The bahavior is too mechanical less organic. I think that's what fabregas is trying to point. They create a structure. And have the players fit into it. Rather than let player manifest their own creativities and pattern a system out of it. I love pochentihno totheham better. That man is a germ in coaching.

But I Wish conte all the best.
