The clergy man is the Founder of Salvation Ministries ( Home of Success).


He said in a church sermon; “Anyone whose phone rings in church is a poor man. his thinking is poor.

Rich people don’t switch on their phones in church because they don’t want anybody to disturb them. But poor people switch it on because they want alert; It is a sign of poverty. You will never see a wealthy man switch on his phone in church, he will say, ” I want to hear something that will help improve my life.

But the poor will say, “make I see weda somebody go send me money”. It is a poverty mentality. You are in a church where the poor come and become wealthy.

Off your phone but if your phone rings you have signed up for poverty. Your mentality is poor, it’s not money in your pocket yet. Somebody say I hear”

But not a poor man's mentality when they bring out their phones to make transfers to the church account during service abi. On a serious note Someone's phone ringing in a church is a bad attitude and disrespect to God. People will gladly switch off their phones when asked to do so during interviews but this man shouldn't make it look like a poor man thing because even the rich are also guilty of this

How about emergency cases? These are some of the end-time philosophies they shove down the throats of the sheeple. I lost respect for him after his utterances against Freeze as it negate scriptural principles. Yet, people go to him to hear what they wish to be told.

Some people when they run out of message, this is the kinda thing you'll be hearing.

Maybe the way the pastor said it was kind of wrong but he has a point. People behave anyhow in church. No atom of respect for God.

Dumb reasoning! You woukd collect money from such people but still tag them poor because their phone rings.
