Only God can deliver us from King Saul,Intel indeed that cannot foil the act before it was carried out. Abeg where are the thick bushes \ forests in the northern zone that security can not see through on land and in air?

Maxymilliano:

The people behind the heinous activities are same Fulani bandits that are known to the governments at States and Federal levels.

Bandits & herdsmen terrorists are Fulani (Buhari's tribesmen from his father's side).

Boko Haram & ISWAP are Kanuri a.k.a Barebari (Buhari's tribesmen from his mother's side).

A descendants & potential offsprings of terrorists & terrorism.

The best time to have effective deep massive systemic changes would have been when OBJ and GEJ were in power. These far Notherners know about not "wasting" any opportunity to rig anything to their favor. This is why the Jega fellow was calling for a "short term re-constitution" before 2023 so that any proposal will be under their watch--enabling them to rig the system further to their favor.

When the South has another opportunity....go for the jugular. I am certain the Middle Belt wants its own right to self-determination too.

You are correct. Jega knows what he is going for: to restructure Nigeria such that the north in control gets further political and economic advantages from the new political structure.

Nigeria is the only country where the region which contributes nothing to the national purse, gets more from the national purse than the southern regions where the resources are generated.
Southern politicians keep quiet as if they are stung by the bee.
