²⁷ And the Levite that is within thy gates; thou shalt not forsake him; for he hath no part nor inheritance with thee.
²⁸ At the end of three years thou shalt bring forth all the tithe of thine increase the same year, and shalt lay it up within thy gates:
²⁹ And the Levite, (because he hath no part nor inheritance with thee,) and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, which are within thy gates, shall come, and shall eat and be satisfied; that the LORD thy God may bless thee in all the work of thine hand which thou doest.

Jesus Christ no include tithing in the New Covenant agreement which He gave us so those who follow Old Tithe and Offering Laws damn their souls by it.

Why do you assume Jesus Christ needed to abolish the old Law to begin with?

He, Jesus Christ, is, afterall, a New Agreement between God and individuals - Matthew 26 vs 28- 30 - , an agreement separate and different from the Old Covenant agreement which God made with the nation of Israel - Deuteronomy 30 vs 15 - 20?

The highlighted says Levites were not included during the time Moses was sharing the inheritance, that's why God told the remaining tribes to pay them tithes as permanent workers in the Tabernacle.
Today we are commanded to work for our food so there's no Levites in Christianity!

All those things are part of the Old Covenant setting that has nothing to do with the New Covenant.
The laws God gave Israel was meant for a nation that's practicing theocracy, everything is determined by the standard of their God and King, but after that nation rejected Jesus Christ everything changed completely because there is no nation that can fully practice that system of government each Christian must practice his faith in relation to the laws of his land unless when the rulers wants us to go against pure worship that we will tell them "NO"
As long as they're not depriving us of pure worship we mustn't violate their orders.

Harvesting and first fruits were laws having to do with Jewish national tradition as majority of the people were farmers, fishermen and shepherds, it has nothing to do with faith in God because a person whose job has nothing to do with harvesting or first fruit will not be able to worship God acceptably if everyone must follow that arrangement.

YES and He (God) told them to buy whatever their heart desire if Jerusalem is far from their destination, and when they get to Jerusalem it's what they buy with the money they're to give the Levites not the money! Deuteronomy 14:22-26

This is not the main tithe. this is another extra 10% . it's different from the main God tithe which is given through the priest.

So apart from the main tithe to God . God gave the Jews on 2 other 10% one for the poor the other for feast . that means they have 3 tithes.

lastly the tithe we do is the original one connected to Abraham
