I pray God helps everyone battling with any form addiction IJN...
I'm a guy that works only 3days in a week due to the nature of my hustle.
I spend the remaining 4days of the week at home in front of my desktop surfing the web but that urge for masturbation never dies down. Daily i keep prayin to God for intervention to overcome that spirit behind porn addiction, but las las guyman go stil go back to im vomit & later plead for forgiveness from God.
But recently i learn new format to quench my sexual urge & it has to do with reading books, for 2months now i have stopped masturbating bcuz i realize that idleness is the grandmaster of addiction, satan fancy who dey always sit idle...
My free days na steady reading & if after 4/5hours of reading, once i drop book na straight to balcony to puff Cannabis. After my 35mins smoke session i go bck to read for at least 2hrs bfo switching to Arise-news or Nairaland for daily updates.. There are ways or strategy to kill that porn addiction, yu need find ur own format.

Peace of mind, guilty conscience and self loath. Thanks to God and myself for being sober for a while now and this time I'm determine to nail it forever. Masturbation is the worst addiction that take Grace and personal effort to stop.
