Legal Advices For What Next To Do by Olayyk30(m): 8:42am On Dec 02, 2021
My names are; moruff olasupo yekini, im working in UAE, abu dhabi.

I engaged in an unlimited contract with my boss in year 2019, June 30th and my two year residence visa expired in June 30th, 2021.

Prior to expiration date of my residence visa, we both reached the agreement of visa renewal, but a month after visa expired he eventually canceled my residence permit instead of renewing it, as we agreed upon without given me notice period.

I asked him to give me my entitlement "end of service benefit, leave salary for two year service, return ticket and 15days wages work done after the working visa expired" but he insisted that he will not give me a dime.

I reported him to labour and after impossible amicable settlement, the case was referred to court for hearing. At the first video (webex) meeting for court hearing, I was the only person who attended while he wasn't join the meeting at all. After a little questioning, I was told to go back to labour 'enjaz' after 2 weeks for judgment/decision if I dont see any msgs for further information. I went there as instructed and I was given the judgment and they open execution case on same day and told me to be expecting messages for my money in due time.

After the due time, I went back to labour 'enjaz' for updating on the execution and to know about the amount i should be expecting from judgment execution, labour 'enjaz' told me that it is only total figure of(15days wages of work i did after working visa expired)
That will be given to me according to judgment issured.

I told labour that, that was not my only claims according to the case i filled against my employer but they told me that i can't appeal anymore because it was over a month that the judgment is been issued.

Pls my brothers and sister in uae , i need ur candid advice on what next to do because I did not understand the contents of that judgement due to it was written in arabic language.

POINT TO BE NOTED:
1.we are 3 that were working with the company in question.
2. we engaged in contract agreements at the same time
3. We were given same salary
4. we reported the company at the labour office on the same day.
5. three of us made the same claims

But out of 3 of us, 1 person was favored by court outcome (judgement) because our employer attended to his court hearing of first instant (webex meeting court hearing)

QUESTION:
1.What is my stand after being given that '15 days wages' that the judgment spell out.
2. Who will bear the repatriation expenses back to my home country.
3. who will bear the overstay during my case period in court more that 4 months now.

thanks in anticipation
