What even provoked me was when one of them said "Na my work I dey do o".........That statement vex me eh, I asked him one question. We stopped begging them and asked them to do their worst and walked out on them. They didn't disconnect it again and left with their ladder.

this people are playing on our intelligence, they may disconnected your light but the meter is still reading in their headquarters, you will still have to continue paying either it's disconnect or not. The true rule apply that phcn has to send notifications first and have the light stop reading on your account before it's officially disconnect,this way you won't have to continue paying hence from the day of disconnection , they charges on transformer meter and they have all account users on the transfer charge , your light maybe disconnected on your pole but it's never disconnected in there office

when you talk of yahoo boys, count Nepa people first. The are the real 419 aka obtaining by trick (OBT). They will trick you to pay them, that they will supply you power for a month, once you pay, they will japa, the money you no see, light you no see.

Exactly what is happening to me too oo. I moved in this apartment and they were using estimated then. It was not up to 2 months they brought prepaid meter with outstanding balance of 470k.
Mehn I did everything for them to revert it but to no avail. I had to port to solar inverter and it has been serving me since the year.

Bastard fraudsters. They billed me N270k one month and N150k the second month. Refused to pay and they disconnected me. I went and bought solar panels and now I have peace of mind. Rent go expire in May and no way I'm staying one day beyond. I dey wait make dem bring bill this month after one month of zero power from them. Then dem go see the very unpleasant side of me
