1. Service affecting alarm to the region
2. S1 issue report/TX drop on LTE
3. TDM to IP Migration
4. L2-L3 Migration
5. support in resolution of site down
6. Cell outage report and resolution
7. SHO acceptance
8. Sleeping Cell fault
9. CCT support

Requirements, Knowledge & Skills:
1. Minimum of bachelor’s degree or equivalent certificate
2. RAN product > L1/L2\;
3. NOC process (incident handling process/CR/PT,)
4. Network products knowledge
