In my opinion, Northern Nigeria is gone, it is no longer part of Nigeria, in time we will all come to accept that.

The governors and leaders in the region have elected to relinquish control of the zone to terrorists.

To stay in their exalted position, they have to pay the terrorists and negotiate with them to stay alive and safe in their government seats.

Believe what you like but that is the reality of the situation.

To reclaim the North back after Buhari will require a huge non compromising military action, the like we have not seen since the civil war.

Let us stop pretending, the North as we used to know it is no longer part of the Nigerian state.

The ordinary peace loving fulani man, woman and child is also a victim in all of this, we will do well to remember that too when the time comes.

The question now is, will the terrorists advance south before Buhari tenure ends or will they be content with owning the North?

In my view, their strategic decision would be to advance South so that when the battle starts it consumes the whole nation.

One of the measures that will save the south is if the resistance can hold out till the end of Buhari tenure. However Buhari is doing this best to weaken southern resistance in cahot with collaborators and enablers from the region.

For now we can forget any international assistance, we are on our own.

The international community want to see mass action from Nigerians before they will lift a finger. They want to see that we the masses are not content with this lot. In their view, as far as things stand, Nigeria is relatively stable and that is good enough for them for now.

That is the bitter truth, brothers and sisters.

It does not matter what we choose to believe, that is the real situation as at today.

This is the height of it, wasn't this bad during the era of GEJ. However must everyone fold their hands while things get spoilt simply because Buhari tenure have not elapse.

What happened to the path of the constitution that says if the president is not doing what he is supposed to do, he should be impeached? Is Buhari above impeachment, is he bigger than the Nigerian project, is him staying in office more important than the securing of lives and properties?
How much longer can a people be dociled and keeping enduring wickedness just to please one man and a certain region??
