LAUNDRY MANAGER NEEDED:

Location: VGC

Responsibilities: Shall be responsible for:
a. Day-to-day management of laundry
b. Coordinate the pick and delivery of customers’ clothes
c. Coordinate the activities of the rest of the employees – Washers, pressers, front desk and ensure they are effectively utilized.
d. Conducts the final QA on customers’ clothes to ensure that final output meets expectations
e. Supervises the washing to ensure they are properly done.
f. Strategizes on how to boost sales and retain customer
g. Shares daily, weekly and monthly reports using agreed templates.

Remuneration: Competitive base salary and monthly bonus based ability to meet up agreed KPIs

Requirements:
a. OND/HND/BSc in any field of study
b. At least 4 years’ experience working in the laundry/dry-cleaning ecosystem
c. Should reside within close proximity to VGC
