They don't correlate, they are 2 different theories that describe 2 different aspects of our universe. The BBT is describing the expansion of our universe from it's very small origins to what we see now. While the Theory of Evolution describes how we have the diversity of species on planet Earth.

On evolution, assuming its true and all life started chemical particles, I believe other animals - which are also a result of this particle should be able to achieve a form of recreation as seen in Man.

No where in the theory does it state or imply that all species will become like humans.
