NEW YORK (KTLA) -- A Brooklyn inmate has confessed to shooting rap star Tupac Shakur. Dexter Isaac, an associate of Rap Mogul James "Jimmy Henchman" Richmond, claims he shot Tupac at Quad Studios in Manhattan 17 years ago.
