Front Desk attendant in Mafoluku, Oshodi For Immediate Employment
Job Duties
Perform all check-in, Manage online and phone reservations
Inform customers about payment methods
Register clothes, collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their collection)
Welcome customers upon their arrival and registering their clothes
Provide information about our services and rates respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
Liaise with our staff for proper handling of clothes
Upsell services when appropriate
Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
Requirements:
1.)Little computer skills
2.)Excellent communication and organizational skills
3.)Must reside in Oshodi or it's environment
Minimum Qualification/Experience:
SSCE/ND
