DISTRESS LAND In Mowe Ofada For Reassignment/takeover For Serious Investor

In 2016, i subscribed to a real estate firm in Lagos to purchase a plot of land in one of their estates.

Payment was completed for a 300 sqm land and a plot in the estate(Block D, Plot 16) was located in 2018.

I wants to reassign this plot of land to any willing investor to come in and take full ownership of the land at a discounted price from the current value of the land.

The plot of land is in Blue Fountain Estate Eguru Town by Ofada. Obafemi Owode Local Government Area, Ogun State.

All documentations and verifications would be verified from the office real estate company in Lagos that owns the estate. The value of land has appreciated over time since 2016
