To start selling gas for the first month you don't need to care about profit you need to get rid of competitors by using this strategy anytime kids come to fill gas if they are filling 3kg you give them 50naira back of their money 6kg you give them 100 naira that endears you to them they will tell their friends and you will have plenty customers you should be ready for angry customer who wants one kg to last for one month
How will you be getting the gas you have to find a reliable gas distributor who will sell at a very good price for example distributor buys gas from the depot sell to you the retailer while you sell to the end user gas for retailer now is between 690 to 730 per kg calculate for end user which you will be selling for at 850 900 gas has gain
If you fill 60kg inside your gas cylinder you will meet 58 or 59 it can never be complete

that if you want to have a gas plant if you want to be a retailer you just need some fire extinguisher a fire notice some banner of don't use phone and little cash to grease the palm of fire men cause they will come to your shop and try to seize your scale though you already have all I listed there are no unions but you should be close to your distributor
